Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine dried apricots,1/3 c apricot preserves and apple juice in 31/2 to 4 qt. slow cooker.Cover;cook on high 40 mins.
  2. Stir in brie. Cover;cook 30 to 40 mins longer or till melted. Stir in remaining 1 Tbs preserves. Turn slow cooker to low and serve with bread,crackers or crudites.
