Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 3/4 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In large mixing bowl combine all ingredients except apples, nuts and raisins.
  3. Beat at low speed on mixer for 1 minute then beat at high speed for 3 minutes.
  4. Stir in apples, nuts and raisins then pour batter into greased loaf pan.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes.
