Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 400*.
  2. Line cookie sheets with aluminum foil
  3. Toss apples, lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg
  4. Beat cream cheese in bowl with mixer.
  5. Beat in egg and vanilla on medium speed
  6. Roll pastry on sheet cut into 10 inch circle.
  7. Place scraps in center and roll into another pastry circle.
  8. Spread half of cream cheese mixture on each pastry circle.
  9. Arrange apple slices on circles.
  10. Sprinkle with nuts.
  11. If you want......You can drizzle with any of your favorite syrups..I have a raspberry pecan syrup that tastes very good on this.
  12. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
