Ingredients:

  • 4 cup apple slices
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/8 tsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Combine dry ingredients and pour over apples; toss. Sprinkle pecans in bottom of pie crust and layer on top crust. Bake 1 hour at 400 degrees.
