Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Spray muffin tin w/oil or paper line
  3. In a small bowl, mix together applesauce, orange juice, honey, oil & egg.
  4. In a large bowl, mix together flour, rolled oats, baking powder and cinnamon. Make a well in center.
  5. Poue liquid into dry ingredients and stir just till moisten. DO NOT over mix. Spoon batter into prepared muffin tin. Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes
