Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup firmly packed domino light brown sugar
  • 3/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tbsp grated onion

Directions:

  1. Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Cover and chill, if desired.
  2. Stir dressing well before drizzling desired amount over spinach salad or fresh fruit.
