Apple Cider Buttercream Icing

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup apple cider
  • pinch salt

Directions:

  1. Using a flat paddle attachment, beat butter until creamy, about 2 minutes. Add salt and apple cider, mix on low until well blended.
  2. Using low speed, add powdered sugar unti incorporated. Beat on medium high for about 1 1/2 minutes. If to thick add milk a teaspoon at a time until icing reaches desired consistency.
