Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 -5 medium apples

Directions:

  1. Combine all dry ingredients and then mix in chopped apples/.
  2. Cook at 350 for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
