Ingredients:

  • margarine 1 stick
  • tony chacere's of course
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 large bottle louisiana hot sauce .i only use the original its the best

Directions:

  1. Heat the oil in a large heavy stock pot or a deep fryer.I heat it to almost smoking around 395 degrees.I use the stock pot when i can to cook these all at once.
  2. Make SURE the wings are dry after you wash them !!!!! Wet wings and hot cooking oil = Bad !!!Please dry these well before cooking.
  3. In a oven safe large casserole dish heat the stick of margarine and add the Louisiana Hot Sauce.Season this with the garlic powder until you reach the desired taste for you!
  4. Deep fry the wing sections until just crispy. Remove from the oil and immediately season with the Tony Chacere's and pepper. Now dunk the wings in the hot sauce you have made.(If you'd like hotter wings delete the margarine.) I usually just leave them in my oven safe dish and leave the oven on warm. Stir before serving these and good luck on just having 10. I CAN EAT 30 by myself . Great with a cold beer or lots of sweet iced tea.
  5. ENJOY
