Directions:

  1. Sift dry ingredients.
  2. Cream in mayo gradually. add coffee slowly while beating.
  3. Add vanilla last
  4. Place in a greased 9 x 13 pan
  5. Bake 350 for 20 minutes.....THEN turn the temp down to 325 for the rest of the time, usually 5-10 more minutes.
  6. Do the toothpick test to see if it is done.
