Amish Frosted Salad

Ingredients:

  • (from a cookbook that i rec''d for christmas about ten years ago.)
  • 1- package lemon jell-o
  • 1- cup hot water
  • 1-cup 7-up
  • about a double hand full of mini marshmallows

Directions:

  1. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
  2. Stir in 7-Up; chill until partially set.
  3. Add drained pineapple and fold in marshmallows and bananas.
  4. I like to pour it up into individual serving bowls
  5. (I use the little Lotus bowls).
  6. Let set and serve.
