Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients, except powdered sugar; mix thoroughly.
  2. Spread mix into lightly greased 10 x 15 x 1/2 inch pan and bake for 45 minutes on 275 degrees.
  3. Remove from oven; use a teaspoon to scoop out cookies.
  4. Form them into balls with fingers; be careful its hot.
  5. Roll cookies in powdered sugar and place on waxed paper to cool.
