  1. DIRECTIONS:.
  2. Pre- Heat oven to 325 degrees.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes of you are making individual tartlets or 50 to 65 minutes for a regular sized cheesecake in a spring form pan.
  4. Make sure the spring form pan is set on a cookie sheet with water about 2 inches up the sides of the pan. ( This will help keep it moist.).
  5. Cheesecake should be firm, but not browned. Cool on a wire rack for 1 hour and then in the refrigerator for an additional 5 hours.
  6. Once the cheesecake is chilled, slice and top with whipped cream.
