Amazing Pumpkin Cheesecake

I have eaten this so many times and every time it is amazing. I Gave it to all of my friends and family and they enjoy it too.
Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 cup pure pumpkin
1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 cups of crushed graham crackers or 2 cups ginger bread cookies
1 pint heavy cream
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. DIRECTIONS:.
2. Pre- Heat oven to 325 degrees.
3. Bake for 10 minutes of you are making individual tartlets or 50 to 65 minutes for a regular sized cheesecake in a spring form pan.
4. Make sure the spring form pan is set on a cookie sheet with water about 2 inches up the sides of the pan. ( This will help keep it moist.).
5. Cheesecake should be firm, but not browned. Cool on a wire rack for 1 hour and then in the refrigerator for an additional 5 hours.
6. Once the cheesecake is chilled, slice and top with whipped cream.
