  1. Prepare the coconut crust,by mixing the coconut and butter together and pressing into a 9 pie plate .Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes,cool thoroughly.
  2. Pie:
  3. In bowl beat cream cheese until light and fluffy,add sweetened condensed milk and juice concentrate,beat until smooth.
  4. Stir in pineapple,rum,and liqueur.
  5. Fold in whipped cream.
  6. Turn tnto prepared crust,Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.
