Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 cups vanilla ice milk
  • 1 tbsp plus 1 tsp amaretto
  • 1/4 cup chocolate wafer cookie crumbs
  • 2 tbsp frozen whipped topping

Directions:

  1. Combine ice milk and espresso granules and stir until well combined.
  2. Spoon 1/4 cup ice milk mixture into each of 2 parfait glasses.
  3. Top each with 1 teaspoon amaretto and 1 tablespoon cookie crumbs.
  4. Repeat layers ending with ice milk mixture then freeze for 1 hour.
  5. To serve top each parfait with 1 tablespoon whipped topping.
