1. Cook rice.
2. Boil beans with 1 head of garlic and 1 green pepper for 3 hours. Halfway through, remove head of garlic and sqeeze garlic into bean mixture.
3. Saute onion, carrot, tomato. Let cool, then process in blender.
4. Pour onion, carrot, and tomato mixure into beans.
5. Server beans over brown rice.
