  • 1/4 cup black bean
  • 1/4 cup split pea
  • 1/2 cup lentils

  • 2 cups brown rice
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 16 clove garlic

  • 1 Cook rice.
  • 2 Boil beans with 1 head of garlic and 1 green pepper for 3 hours. Halfway through, remove head of garlic and sqeeze garlic into bean mixture.
  • 3 Saute onion, carrot, tomato. Let cool, then process in blender.
  • 4 Pour onion, carrot, and tomato mixure into beans.
  • 5 Server beans over brown rice.
