Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix together eggs, milk, flour, salt and pepper.
  2. Place chilies in a deep dish pie plate, or any medium size casserole dish.
  3. Place cheese on top.
  4. Pour egg mixture over.
  5. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes until light brown on top.
  6. For a larger crowd, easy to double in the 9 x13 pan.
