Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cranberries
  • 0.83 cups oat flour
  • 9/10 cups oats
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tbsp apple sauce
  • 1 tbsp orange peel
  • 1/4 cup orange juice

Directions:

  1. Grease pan, and bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15min or more till knife clean
