0.83 cups oat flour , 2.5 cups red mill oat flour
9/10 cups oats
1/2 cup wheat flour
1 cup splenda no calorie
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup skim milk
1 large egg
3 tablespoons apple sauce
1 tablespoon orange peel
1/4 cup orange juice
