Zucchini With Cilantro And Cream

Ingredients:

  • 2 tblsp (1/4 stick ) butter
  • 2 large cloves garlic,minced
  • 4 tblsp chopped fresh cilantro

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in heavy large skillet over medium heat.Add garlic and saute 10 seconds.Add zucchini and 2 tablespoons cilantro;saute until zucchini is crisp tender,about 5 minutes.Add cream and simmer juices thicken slightly,about one minute.Season with salt & pepper,sprinkle remaining cilantro on top.
