Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Cut potatoes into thin wedges, no more than 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Place potatoes and all other ingredients into a gallon storage bag.
  4. Shake until well coated.
  5. Spread potatoes onto a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil (shiny side down) in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 17 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and turn potatoes.
  8. Bake for an additional 17 minutes or until desired crispness.
  9. Serve immediately.
