  3. Combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; set
  4. Aside.
  5. Beat eggs and sugar; stir in oil, vanilla and
  6. Orange juice. Mix in flour mixture slowly. Fold in
  7. Apples, nuts and coconut. Transfer to baking dish;
  8. Bake 1 hour, or until cake tests done.
