Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Grate zucchini in food processor with applesauce.
  3. Mix oil, eggs and sugar in mixing bowl until fully incorporated.
  4. Add sour cream, cocoa and salt.
  5. Gently mix in the final ingredients to avoid overbeating.
  6. Pour into greased bread pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.
