White Lily Mocha Brownie Parfait

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350º F.
  2. Line a jellyroll pan, 15x10x1 inches, with foil.
  3. Spray foil with cooking spray; set aside.
  4. In medium mixing bowl, stir together White Lily Brownie mix, butter, eggs and coffee or water until smooth.
  5. Pour into prepared pan.
  6. Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until center is almost set.
  7. Cool slightly.
  8. Using heart-shaped cookie cutters, cut brownies into heart shapes.
  9. (Save remaining brownie pieces for another use.**) Place in large martini glass or bowl.
  10. Scoop three scoops of ice cream over warm brownies.
  11. Top with a brownie.
  12. Top with whipped cream.
  13. Garnish with fresh cherries and chocolate covered espresso beans if desired.
