Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup water or 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups rice flour
  • 2 cups sour cream or 2 cups yogurt

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients until there are no lumps.
  2. Drop batter by spoon onto lightly greased griddle until 1 side bubbles.
  3. Flip pancakes and bake until golden brown.
