Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the grill to high. Place the raspberries in the base of a 300ml / 1/2 pint ramekin or divide bwteen two seperate ones.
  2. Mix pulp and seeds of the passion fruit with the custard and spoon mixture over the raspberries.
  3. Scatter sugar over the custard mixture and grill for 6-7 minutes or until the top is bubbling and caramelised. allow to cool a little before serving.
