Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups tomato juice
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 tbsp honey

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Cut the onions in half so the rings show.
  3. Place the onions cut side up in a buttered baking dish.
  4. Mix together the tomato juice, water, butter and honey.
  5. Pour mixture over onions.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until onions are tender.
