Very Vanilla Tofu Bread Pudding (Vegan)

Ingredients:

  • 1 (10 oz) package tofu (nasoy silk creations starter-vanilla)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla (optional)
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350'F.
  2. Oil a 9 inch casserole dish.
  3. Cut your bread into cubes.
  4. Put the Silk Creations in a large bowl and add your bread, vanilla and raisins.
  5. Stir well to coat the bread.
  6. Allow to soak for at least 10 minutes.
  7. Put into your greased casserole dish.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes.
  9. Sprinkle with icing sugar if desired.
