  1. Unroll crescent rolls flat on a cookie sheet and bake as directed.
  2. Mix mayo, cream cheese & ranch together.
  3. Spread over rolls.
  4. Top with chopped veggies & cheese.
  5. Refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
