Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Thinly slice all of the onions, a food processor works great
  2. Dice garlic
  3. Sautee garlic and onions in fry pan on low heat to carmelize the onions
  4. Combine all items into a crock pot or stock pot
  5. Salt and pepper to taste
  6. Heat to boil then reduce and simmer
  7. Toaste some french bread under the broiler
  8. Put the soup in bowls
  9. Top with the toasted bread and cheese and broill again to melt cheeze
