Vegan Tofu-Based Green Tea Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 (17 oz) package nasoya silken creations tofu, vanilla flavor
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup green tea (strong , steeped at least 6-8 min, unsweetened and chilled)
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 10 g green tea powder, powder (pure matcha, 2 of those little packets should do it)
  • 3/4 tsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Pour all the ingredients in a blender and pulse on high until the ice is completely crushed.
