Ingredients:

  • 1/2 turnip
  • 1/2-1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt or 1 tsp salt
  • oil , to coat

Directions:

  1. Cut turnip like fries - 1/4 inch thick and however wide.
  2. Place in a bowl and sprinkle salt, chili powder and oil.
  3. Toss to coat.
  4. Spread on a cookie sheet, one layer only.
  5. Cook in a hot 425 degree oven for 12-15 minutes and flip over so to brown on both sides and cook another 12-15 minutes.
  6. Enjoy!
