Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Rinse tomatoes, cut off a lid and with a spoon, scoop out and discard most of the seeds and pulp.
  2. Sprinkle tomato shells with salt.
  3. Place upside down on a plate to drain.
  4. Place the White Tuna in a bowl.
  5. With a fork, combine tuna and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.
  6. Season to taste with lemon juice, chives, mustard and olives.
  7. Spoon tuna mixture into tomatoes.
  8. Place the lid on top.
  9. Let tomatoes sit for a short while before serving.
