Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp. of low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 tsp of pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 2 slices of white bread

Directions:

  1. Drain one can of tuna
  2. Add 1 Tbsp of low-fat mayo
  3. Add 1/4 tsp sal
  4. Add 1/4 tsp of pepper
  5. Boil one egg then peel, and add to tuna mixture. Stir altogether.
  6. 2 slices of your favorite bread
  7. Put on any type of bread, whole wheat will make it healthier as far as the grade average but I love my white bread.
  8. This recipe makes 2.5 servings. Each serving is about 95 grams without bread.
