Tuna Salad with Lettuce Estilo Bryan

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook mixed vegetables and drain.
  2. Drain tuna.
  3. Break tuna up.
  4. Combine mixed vegetables, tuna and mayonnaise.
  5. Place mixture on top of two cups of lettuce.
  6. Makes 3 servings - 3/4 cup each.
  7. Enjoy!
