Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup white wine tarragon vinegar
  • 2 cups julienned red peppers
  • 2 cups julienned yellow peppers
  • 1 cup walnuts

Directions:

  1. Cook tortellini according to directions, drain, rinse with cold water.
  2. Combine pesto and vinegar.
  3. Add other ingredients, mix everything well.
  4. Chill to taste.
