Ingredients:

  • 1 cup celery , 1 inch julienne
  • 1/2 cup walnut pieces
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Directions:

  1. Core and dice apples and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  2. Combine apples with celery and walnut pieces.
  3. Mix mayo, sugar and salt and add apple mixture and moisten well.
  4. Fold in whipped cream.
  5. Serve in lettuce cups.
