Directions:

  1. Peel and slice tomatoes in half early in the day and place in a glass baking dish. Pour Italian dressing over tomato halves and refrigerate until 1 hour before serving.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  3. Drain artichoke hearts and slice. Put on top of tomato halves. Sprinkle each half with basil, bread crumbs, and Parmesan cheese. Top each with a pat of butter.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
