Tomato-Thyme Rice

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Combine water, thyme, paste and salt in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and add rice. Stir, cover, reduce heat to simmer and cook for 15 minutes. Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes. Serve.
