Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place a small colander in a 1-quart glass measure or small bowl. Line colander with 4 layers of cheesecloth, allowing cheesecloth to extend over edges. Spoon yogurt into colander. Cover loosely with plastic wrap; refrigerate at least 4 hours.
  2. Spoon drained yogurt into a small bowl; discard liquid. Place cottage cheese, NeufchaGtel cheese, and powdered sugar in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Add cottage cheese mixture to drained yogurt, stirring well.
  3. Line a 5 3/4- x 3 1/4- x 2-inch loafpan with aluminum foil, allowing foil to extend 1 inch from both ends of pan. Set aside.
  4. Combine water and liqueur. Brush cut sides of 4 ladyfinger halves with liqueur mixture; place, cut side down, in bottom of prepared loafpan. Spread half of yogurt mixture over ladyfingers in pan. Repeat layers with remaining ladyfingers, liqueur mixture, and yogurt mixture. Cover loosely with plastic wrap, and chill at least 8 hours. To serve, carefully lift foil out of pan, and cut in half crosswise. Place each half on a dessert plate. Sprinkle evenly with chocolate, and garnish with chocolate curls, if desired.
