The Sausage N Egg Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 or 2 round turkey sausages
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 1 jar of jelly (optional)

Directions:

  1. First to kick it off ,you get 2 small skillets for the eggs and sausage.
  2. Put fire on med and start cook the sausages first, flip em when one side is kinda burnt.
  3. On the other skillet you melt the margarine & and break the eggs into the skillet and cook it sideways.(by only turning it side to side)
  4. While the eggs and sausages are cookin you can put the bread in the toaster(if you have one)and let that cook till its brown or light brown and a little crunchy.
  5. When everythings done cookin you can (optional) spread the jelly on the toast and put the eggs on one slice then the sausages on the eggs the top its of with the last slice.
  6. This is my first one i made... soo i hope ya like it! peace! =P
