Directions:

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients, tossing gently to blend.
  2. Line salad plates with lettuce leaves. Spoon fruit mixture over lettuce leaves.
  3. Lay a banana half on each side of the fruit mixture.
  4. Sprinkle with coconut and top with a cherry.
  5. Serve immediately.
