Ingredients:

  • 1 piece (1-inch; about 1/2 oz) fresh ginger
  • 1 (about 4 oz) lemon, peeled , pith removed and halved
  • 5 (about 4 oz) tuscan kale leaves
  • 1 (small; about 8 oz) red beet , scrubbed and cut into wedges
  • 1 (large; about 12 oz) cucumber , cut into 3-inch pieces

Directions:

  1. In an electric juicer, juice all of the ingredients. Serve right away.
