Ingredients:

  • 1 oz violet liqueur, preferably creme yvette
  • 4 oz prosecco
  • 1 lemon twists or 1 fresh edible flowers such as violets, for decoration

Directions:

  1. Mix violet liqueur, lemon juice, and ice in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Strain into a small glass.
  3. Top with Prosecco.
  4. Serve with a lemon-peel twist.
