Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut fish into four portions. Combine juice, sauce and seasonings and pour over the fish.
  2. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours. Coat fish with flour then dip in egg.
  3. Fry fish on one side in margarine in an overprood skillet for three minutes then turn and repeat.
  4. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  5. Note you can extend marination over night for added flavor.
  6. Do NOT over cook. When done it becomes opaque and flakes easily with fork.
  7. Disney serving suggestion: Rice Pilaf and stir fried vegetable medley of carrots, mushrooms, zucchini and red and green peppers.
  8. Cook time include max marination time.
