Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease a 8x11.5 baking dish (I use pam).
  3. Stir together brownie mix, syrup package, eggs, oil and water. Add the chocolate chips.
  4. Pour into greased baking dish, bake until done.
  5. Immediately after you take the brownies out of the oven, cover with a layer of marshmellows, let stand while you make icing.
  6. Sift powdered sugar and cocoa powder together. Add the melted butter and enough milk to make the consistency you like. (I start with about 3-4 tbsp). But make sure you add enough liquid so it will cover the top of the whole thing, but not too much to make it too runny.
  7. Delicately spread over marshmellows.
  8. Let cool completely.
