Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In large skillet brown turkey meat on at least one side in half the olive oil.
  2. Add carrot , onion ,garlic,celery , and herbs.Cook till tender.
  3. Add sauce and remaining olive oil . Stir and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
  4. Pepper to taste.
  5. When serving over favorite noodles top with the piave cheese.
