Directions:

  1. Chill pie shell while preparing filling.
  2. Beat eggs until foamy.
  3. Beat in remaining ingredients. Pour into pie shell.
  4. Bake pie in 425F oven for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350°F Bake about 45 minutes longer, or until knife inserted in center, comes out clean.
  5. Cool before serving.
  6. Delicious served with whipped cream!
