Ingredients:

  • 2 (1 1/2-lb) sirloin steaks
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Place steaks on grill 5 inches from hot coals. Grill about 10 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Brush steaks with butter; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Transfer to a warm serving plate.
